A Memory Care Innovator is:
- A high-performing employee, with at least seven (7) years of experience, who is dedicated to transforming cognitive care for their patients
- A passionate professional who knows how to put their vision into action for the good of those living with cognitive decline and those caring for them
- An advocate for those living with memory-related disorders, the people who support them, and the industry peers who ensure their well-being
